1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 933ok ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By creating an account, accessing the website at https://933ok.ws, or using any service offered by 933ok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

933ok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2Eligibility

Access to and use of 933ok is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are registering and playing as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform, and have not been self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, undue influence, or impairment when making any deposit or placing any wager.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of 933ok services, you must register and maintain a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance associated with them may be voided.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 933ok will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login details.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required prior to processing any withdrawal. 933ok reserves the right to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.

933ok operates on a real-name basis. Account credentials may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any such transfer constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

933ok facilitates deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods serving the Bangladesh market. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit on the platform, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 933ok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposit, or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• For verified accounts, mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under ৳50,000 are typically processed on the same business day. Larger amounts or unverified accounts may require additional processing time.
• 933ok processes withdrawals with zero platform deduction. The exact amount requested will be transferred to the nominated payment method. Payment provider transaction fees, if any, are borne by the player.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

5Bonuses and Promotions

933ok offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable bonus terms at the time the offer is accepted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other value outside of the bonus wagering process.

• Bonuses and free spins are available to one account per household. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including through matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or any coordinated exploitation of promotional offers — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed or suspended.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 933ok and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage or automate gameplay in any form.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or third parties to gain any unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account per person for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Allowing any minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your 933ok account under any circumstances.

933ok employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance held in those accounts will be forfeited without recourse.

7Responsible Gaming

933ok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable players to remain in control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 933ok. Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 933ok's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 933ok shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, even if 933ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, payment processing delays outside 933ok's direct control, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory action.

10Account Suspension and Termination

933ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where 933ok has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, use of prohibited software, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Where a player is found to have provided false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose 933ok or its players to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

11Privacy and Data Protection

933ok collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge and agree to the data collection and processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. 12Amendments to These Terms

933ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 933ok's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration. 933ok does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific national court in relation to disputes arising from the use of the platform.
